Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads
• Identify customer needs and explain products/services
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Convert leads into successful sales and maintain customer relationships
