Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Attend customer calls and provide accurate information.

·        Understand customer concerns and resolve complaints effectively.

·        Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil customer requests.

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

·        Follow up with the backend team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

·        Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
