Job Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries regarding bus timings, boarding points, routes, and ticket details.
• Book bus tickets using the company's booking software.
• Assist customers with ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and booking-related queries.
• Provide accurate information about bus schedules and boarding locations.
• Handle customer calls professionally and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate with the operations team to provide timely customer support.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of any one additional language: Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada (Mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or customer care.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use ticket booking software.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with experience in customer care, ticket booking, travel, or transportation operations are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
