Customer Care Executive – Jalgaon

RAM Antivirus Pvt. Ltd. is a cybersecurity and software company providing antivirus, internet security, and cybersecurity solutions to customers and businesses.

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team 9699918422 in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and support queries.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and basic technical issues.
• Help customers with antivirus installation, activation, renewal, and subscription-related queries.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the required time.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending issues, renewals, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support information.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams when required.
• Provide clear and professional communication to customers.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly customer support reports.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and internet applications.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous experience in customer care, BPO, technical support, or IT support will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates currently residing in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
• Candidates who can work from the Jalgaon office.
• Candidates with good communication and customer-handling skills.
