Job Summary

Cogent E-Services Limited is hiring Customer Care Executives for its Voice Process. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with sales/cross-selling where applicable.
• Achieve assigned performance and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

Eligibility

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate
• Experience: 0–3 years; Freshers can apply
• Age: 18–30 years
• Languages: English + Hindi + any one South Indian language
• South Indian languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be preferred.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.
