Customer Care Intern (6 months)

Veolia Water Hungary Kft. is a market-leading membrane technology company where we have been manufacturing and developing equipment for drinking water and industrial wastewater treatment for over 20 years.

About the position:

As a member of the Customer Care Team, you will gain insight into the world of customer service. Your responsibilities will include ensuring our customers receive seamless, accurate, and timely service. Handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving billing issues, and coordinating shipping and logistics. You will play a key role in supporting the project with attention to detail and independent work.

Main responsibilities:

● Database management and data processing tasks

● Administrative support

● Handling customer inquiries via phone and email

● Processing and tracking orders

● Documentation and record-keeping

● Communication with international teams in English

Requirements:

● Ongoing higher education studies

● C1 or above English language skills (spoken and written)

● Good communication skills

● You can work minimum 30 hours per week

● Focus on details and ability to work independently

● Reliability and precision

● Basic MS Office knowledge

● Organization and sense of responsibility
