Position: Customer Care Intern - Remote
Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Internship Mode: Work From Home (Full-Time)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with onboarding and provide the required information and support.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are properly resolved.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer-related issues.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide regular updates and reports as required.

Comfortable communicating through calls and WhatsApp.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently in a WFH environment.

Candidates who successfully complete the internship and demonstrate strong performance may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance and organizational requirements.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,001.00 per month
