Customer Care Representative (CCR)

Purpose of the job:

• Order processing, managing all logistic functions, communication with all internal departments, problem solving, supporting all customer requirements include sales support tasks.

Main responsibilities:

• Order processing for local Thai and Export customers.
• To be handle of all Logistic functions both Export & Import such as issuing invoice & packing list, coordinate with forwarder & shipping agent in term of shipping documents, transportation, included solving logistic problem.
• Direct communication with customers, problem solving, provide products & services information, delivery details, complaints and feedback.
• Communication & coordinate with all internal departments for on time delivery and problem solutions.
• Sale support task to complete with orders and requirement.

Job qualifications : Bachelor Degree or higher

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Logistic Management
• Proficient in SAP system
• BOI knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in international trade documentation
• Excellent command of English
