• Location: Mumbai (Chandivali, Andheri East)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completing assigned processes and tasks within the defined timelines.
• Ensure all work is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
• Review transactions and identify any errors, discrepancies, or anomalies.
• Resolve routine issues by following established processes, guidelines, and procedures.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members when required.
• Maintain high quality and productivity while meeting daily performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to internal controls, process documentation, and compliance requirements at all times.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling Non Voice processes (Chat/Email).
• Strong understanding of International Chat Processes and US Processes.
• Proficiency in Blended Process operations is essential
