Customer Care Representative

About the role

Customer Service Representative role involving handling customer inquiries and resolving service requests across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, SMS, and chat
• Resolve customer concerns and service requests promptly
• Handle basic payment and account-related concerns, including card activation and account updates
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
• Use client systems and databases to access and update customer information
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and transaction details
• Coordinate with other teams to address customer needs
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Strong English communication skills - both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
• Background in a Pure Voice (Phone) or Blended (Phone, Email, and Chat) support environment
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
