Customer Care Representative

About the role

The Customer Care Representative serves as the primary liaison between our agency and travelers. This role ensures seamless journeys by managing bookings, resolving real-time travel disruptions, and maintaining high client satisfaction scores.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client questions regarding tour itineraries, pricing, visa rules, and destination protocols
• Process reservations for flights, hotels, and transport using global distribution systems
• Handle emergency rebooking's for flight cancellations, missed connections, or medical situations
• Partner with local ground operators and hotels to verify amenities and resolve complaints
• Conduct post-tour follow-ups to gather reviews and log client preferences into the CRM

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification required; a Diploma is highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, ideally within a travel agency or airline environment
• Proficient in basic computer applications and typing
• Strong digital literacy and computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English; multi-lingual skills are a strong advantage
• Ability to work shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays, to support global travelers
