CALL REPRESENTATIVE

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and results-driven Call Representative to handle customer inquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and help convert inquiries into actual appointments/visits.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Make follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Explain available services, procedures, and basic information clearly.
• Convert inquiries and leads into appointments/visits.
• Follow up with clients who have shown interest but have not yet visited.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Handle customers politely and professionally, even in difficult situations.
• Work closely with the marketing and front-desk teams to improve lead conversion.
• Meet assigned daily/weekly performance targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Confident and persuasive communication style.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
• Target-driven and motivated

Pay: ₦130,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
