Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for assisting drivers, coordinating trips, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day trip operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely support and assistance to drivers during their trips.
• Coordinate and manage trips efficiently.
• Handle driver queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor trip status and coordinate with relevant teams whenever required.
• Maintain accurate records and update trip-related information in the system.
• Escalate operational issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
• Ensure smooth communication between drivers and the operations team.
• Perform other duties related to customer and driver support as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a desk-based role.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 CTC per month
• TDS: 10% applicable as per company

Working Hours

Rotational shifts:

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Shift 3: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Note: Candidates must be comfortable working in all three rotational shifts.
