Customer Care Representative

Are you a Customer Service Superstar looking for a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment? This position is based in our Wellington branch located in Upper Hutt so no more commuting!. The role is 40 hours per week

Low Cost Bins is proudly 100% New Zealand owned and operated company servicing the Lower North Island regions. We provide kerbside waste and recycling services, manage a Council contract, and offer Commercial waste and recycling solutions. What you will do:

• Communicate with our customers through channels such as phone, email and social media
• Respond to customer enquiries in a prompt, professional manner
• Be solutions focused
• Assist customers with product information, orders and troubleshooting
• Process phone orders from our commercial customers
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward our customers at all times.
• This is a busy ‘hands on’ position directly working within a team of 6 others

• A great Customer centric attitude along with effective oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to ‘think on your feet’ in an agile environment
• Be empathetic and work alongside others in a positive manner
• You thrive on offering exceptional customer service and going to extra mile to ensure that every customer feels valued and satisfied with the service we provide.
• You are a team player with a good sense of humour
• A good understanding of the Microsoft suite is preferable however full training will be provided
