Customer Care Representative

Location: Canal Road near Mughalpura, Lahore, Pakistan

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. If you have excellent English communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and have at least 2 years' experience in customer service or sales support, we'd love to hear from you. Experience dealing with UK customers will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
• Provide product recommendations and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Follow up on quotations and sample requests to maximize sales conversions.
• Up sell products and identify sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and artwork queries professionally.
• Monitor express orders and ensure timely customer updates.
• Build strong customer relationships while meeting service level targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the label or printing industry is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Adjusted according to UK Daylight Saving Time)
