Customer Care Representative

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Polychemie Asia Pacific Permai as a full-time Customer Care Representative based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our company is positive and productive.

Key responsibilities

• Handling outbound customer inquiries and requests via email, and other communication channels
• Troubleshooting customer issues and providing timely and effective resolutions
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the customer care representative department

About you

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with all stakeholders
• Prior experience in a customer care, customer service or sales administration role, preferably in the chemical industry
• Robust understanding of sales flow process
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Proficiency in any ERP System, preferably SAP
• A positive, customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
