Job Description : We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process role. C1-level communication skills with excellent spoken English.

• Position: International Voice / Semi Voice Process
• Work Location: Hyderabad
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process
• Freshers: Not eligible
• Communication: C1-level English communication skills (verbal and written)

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
