Customer Care Representative

Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to handle customer inquiries, make outbound calls to potential leads, and promote our automobile products and services. The role involves assisting customers with information about service intervals, showrooms, and available services while maintaining strong follow-up with leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills, along with a basic understanding of automobile parts and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to leads regarding the purchase of automobile products and services.
• Follow up with potential customers and assist them throughout the inquiry process.
• Provide customers with accurate information about available products, services, service intervals, and showroom locations.
• Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Develop a basic understanding of automobile parts, products, and services to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or running.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Customer Care, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of automobile parts and services.
