Job Title: Guest Services Concierge (Customer Care Representative)

Pay Rate: 24.00 per hour

Location: Onsite — 1 Sunset Way, Henderson, NV 89014

Position Type: Temporary Contract (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)

Contract Duration: 10.5 Weeks (Through 12/31/2026, with potential extension through 02/14/2027)

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Guest Services Concierge representatives. In this call-center-based role, you will serve as a brand ambassador taking phone orders, answering inquiries, and providing high-touch service to exclusive clients purchasing luxury confectionery products. This is a 100% on-site role with no face-to-face retail interaction; all customer interactions are conducted via phone, email, and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone Order Processing: Handle high-volume inbound phone calls to assist exclusive customers with order placement, product recommendations, and account inquiries.
• System & Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in SAP and track client interactions using Salesforce and IVR call center platforms.
• Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) to monitor orders, log customer data, and support sales reporting needs.
• Problem Resolution: Demonstrate high subject-matter expertise to resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a premium brand experience on every call.
• Schedule Flexibility: Commit to assigned 8-hour shifts and mandatory weekend shifts during the holiday peak season.

Shift Schedule & Mandatory Availability

• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Orientation Week: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Regular Shifts (Starting on or before 10/26/2026): Assigned 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (e.g., 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM).
• Holiday Peak Weekend Requirement (11/27/2026 – 12/20/2026): Mandatory Saturday or Sunday shifts (with one weekday off).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume call center, sales, or customer service environment.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), snacking, or the luxury chocolate/food industry.
• Software Proficiency:
• Hands-on experience with SAP order entry and Salesforce .
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (must be comfortable creating and using pivot tables ).
• Comfort with IVR phone systems, POS platforms, and general computer navigation.
• Communication & Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, concierge-level phone demeanor.
• Transportation & On-Site Requirements: Must have reliable personal transportation to report daily to the Henderson, NV facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent coursework.
• Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in high-end sales and customer service.
