Town Car Rental – Steinbach, Manitoba

Town Car Rental is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Steinbach location!

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic to moderate computer skills, and a willingness to learn about our services. This role involves answering phone calls, greeting customers at the front desk, and coordinating services in person, by phone, text, and email.

Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced customer service professional, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow with our company.

Position: Full-time (40+ hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Answer phone calls, respond to text messages and emails, and assist with customer inquiries.
• Coordinate customer services and vehicle rentals.
• Pick up and drop off customers as required.
• Pick up and drop off vehicles at different locations.
• Clean vehicles inside and outside.
• Keep the office clean, organized, and clutter-free.
• Learn about our services and assist with daily operations as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to moderate computer skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, organized, and customer-focused.
