Customer care service coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain spare parts inventory records accurately in the system.
• Enter and maintain contractor job sheets in the system.
• Enter and maintain technician job sheets in the system.
• Prepare and issue Consignment Notes and Spare Parts Delivery Orders (DO).
• Prepare and issue cash sales invoices for spare parts.
• Monitor spare parts transactions and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, store, and other relevant departments regarding spare parts and service requirements.
• Ensure all service-related records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
• Assist in following up on outstanding service documents and transactions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, service coordination, inventory administration, or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems or inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, contractors, and internal departments.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
