About The Role As Customer Care Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for BYD customers across the Czech Republic & Slovakia. You will manage inquiries and complaints across multiple channels, coordinate with internal teams for resolution, and ensure a professional, customer-first ownership experience.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints via BYD portal, email, and phone.
• Escalate technical problems to technical/product teams as needed.
• Maintain and update customer information in internal systems.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Support sales activities and process payments where required.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent English and native Czech.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and cross-functional coordination ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• NEV technical background preferred.
