Customer Care Support

About the role

Customer Care Support for one of the largest FMCG cosmetic companies in South Jakarta, responsible for managing operational processes, monitoring logistics activities, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Update equation reconciliation in SIT file
• Monitor GRN & CN budget return processes
• Conduct monthly AIP monitoring and analysis
• Handle weekly rejection and return monitoring
• Download and process operational data from SAP daily
• Handle outbound issue tracking including claims, MARS issues, and delivery discrepancies
• Compile operational reports and support daily logistics activities
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipment and return processes

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Understanding of shipment tracking, inventory, and order status monitoring
• Familiar with handling short shipment, damages, return processing, and delivery discrepancies
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in FMCG or logistics industry is preferred
• Fluent in English is preferred
