About the Role

Are you a high-energy sales professional driven by performance and rewards? We are hiring Sales Executives for the Apollo Insurance Process in Bangalore! This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their coverage needs, and cross-selling banking and financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to pitch and sell insurance and financial products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and portfolio growth goals.
• Maintain compliance, documentation accuracy, and proper CRM reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (12th Pass).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of hardcore sales experience mandatory (field sales, banking sales, or telesales background preferred).
• Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.
• Language Requirements: Fluent English + proficiency in any 1 Regional Language (Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, etc.).
• Key Skills: Sales persuasion, target-oriented approach, customer relationship management, and basic computer skills.
