We are hiring for Chat Process for the role of Customer Service Executive (Chat Support with Upselling). The role involves handling customer queries through chat, providing prompt and accurate resolutions, and identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products and services to enhance customer experience.This is a 5-day working role with 2 rotational offs and rotational shifts. Pick-up and drop facilities are available for employees.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns via Chats in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and proactively recommend relevant products/services (upselling).
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including quality and upselling metrics.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company guidelines, compliance standards, and process protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent Verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (US process).
