Customer Co-ordinator

Location: Hadapsar, Pune.

Experience: 4–8 Years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads from OEMs and industrial customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments for RFQ, costing, and order execution.
• Manage existing customer relationships and ensure timely support.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers and new projects.
• Support vendor development and new product development activities.
• Prepare business reports, sales MIS, and customer visit reports.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Visit customers regularly for business meetings and project discussions.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry and customer handling.
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
• MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

Experience

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Development in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in CNC machining, automotive, casting, or engineering components industry preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
