What they need
- เปิด/ปิด และแก้ไขฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า
- สร้างปรับปรุงข้อมูลพนักงานประจำเขตขาย
- สร้างรหัส(Code) ใหม่ เพื่อให้สามารถรองรับตำแหน่งต่างๆที่จะเพิ่มขึ้นของฝ่ายขาย ตลอดจนกำหนดรหัสขึ้นใหม่เพื่อให้จัดหมวดหมู่ข้อมูลลูกค้าให้หน่วยงานต่างๆ นำข้อมูลไปวิเคราะห์ได้ง่ายขึ้น
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้าส่งให้ฝ่ายขายพิจารณาแก้ไขปัญหา
- ตรวจเช็คและจัดการฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าให้ถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่ตลอดเวลา
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบและ ประสานงานกับสาขา/หน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องที่ดูแลรับผิดชอบอยู่
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- จบปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ (MS Word, Excel และ Power Point)
- มีทักษะในการดำเนินการบันทึกข้อมูลอย่างแม่นยำและทักษะการวิเคราะห์ได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
