Customer Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Coordinator to manage customer communication, service requests, job coordination, and follow-ups between clients and the operations team. The candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and coordinate customer service requests and complaints.
• Coordinate maintenance calls, appointments, and site visits.
• Communicate with customers regarding job status, schedules, and updates.
• Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and the operations team.
• Follow up on pending jobs, quotations, approvals, and service reports.
• Maintain accurate customer and job records.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to management when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly coordination reports.
• Ensure proper follow-up until the service request is completed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years UAE experience in customer service/coordination.
• Experience in maintenance, facility management, technical services, or fit-out is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
