Customer Coordinator

Job Summary

The Customer Coordinator uses discretion and judgment to ensure specific customer protocols are being followed. This role has administrative functions including reporting and coordination with customers, Operations, Project Coordinators/Directors/Managers, and Subcontractors. This is an in-office position reporting to the Office or General Manager.

Essential Functions

• Payroll timesheets entries
• Updates the system RM (Restoration Manager)
• Notates statuses changes from the project team
• Sits in on weekly WIP (Work in Progress) meetings
• Sets up new vendors for BMS CAT
• Processes check requests and employee reimbursements as needed
• Completes daily deposit
• Assists with the onboarding process for new employees

Experience and Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of A/P and A/R
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of insurance claims and estimating practices. highly preferred
• Knowledge of construction and mitigation workflow and associated terminology
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently

Benefits and Compensation

Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.

Pay Maximum: $55000 per year

Pay Minimum: $45000 per year
