Job Description

Planet Oil Change Centers is seeking a Customer Courtesy Technician to be the first impression of our Pontiac location.

This role does NOT perform mechanical repairs. Instead, you focus on creating an exceptional, high-end service experience for every customer. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying active, and working in a positive environment - this is for you.

You will be the face of the business and responsible for:

• Greeting every customer with energy and professionalism
• Offering and performing a free vehicle vacuum service
• Checking and adjusting tire pressure in vehicles
• Gathering customer information and entering it into our POS system
• Offering bottled water, coffee, and refreshments
• Providing dash wipes, air fresheners, and small appreciation items
• Offering dog treats for customers with pets
• Keeping the lobby, parking lot, and exterior spotless
• Supporting the team to ensure smooth flow and fast service

This is a hospitality- focused position in an automotive setting

No automotive experience required - we train everything for you on site
