Customer Data Administration Specialist II

Key Responsibilities

• Review requests and create customer accounts in SAP ECC, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring data is entered accurately.
• Validate customer details, including legal, tax, and address information, using reliable sources and additional research when needed.
• Compare records across systems and datasets to identify existing accounts and prevent duplicates.
• Support the integration of customer data from an acquired company, assessing whether to create a new account or update an existing one.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies to improve the quality of customer master data.
• Export, filter, and review data in systems and spreadsheets to support account validation and decision-making.
• Work with Sales and other teams to clarify information and resolve account-related questions.

Required Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP , including retrieving and reviewing data to support decisions.
• Experience reviewing, validating, and comparing large volumes of data.
• Fluent English for communication with international teams.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, assess information from multiple sources, and make independent decisions within established guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, a focus on accuracy, a proactive approach, and good communication skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience with customer master data, data governance, or data quality.
• Experience creating, updating, or validating customer accounts.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with bulk data uploads or processing.
• Excel skills for exporting, filtering, and performing basic data manipulation.
