Customer Data Analysis

• Conduct in-depth customer data analysis to identify upselling and cancellation patterns, as well as customer usage behaviors based on segments.
• Identify customer segments with high potential for upselling and cancellation to support targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop and present intuitive data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs related to customer lifecycle and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Business and Data Teams (DA, DS, DE) to enhance data infrastructure for advanced analytics.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, CRM Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills in customer segmentation, churn analysis, and upselling opportunities.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Experience in dashboard development, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

• Experience in Telecommunications, E-commerce, or Digital Business environments.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or predictive analytics is a plus.
