We’re recruiting for an established manufacturing business looking for a Data Support Manager to lead its support and administration team.

Joining the senior management team, you’ll oversee customer support and data administration, taking ownership of service delivery, information accuracy and team performance.

The role

• Lead, coach and develop the support and administration team.
• Plan workloads, set priorities and maintain high service standards.
• Keep customer data accurate across business systems.
• Oversee onboarding, setup, renewals and ongoing support.
• Monitor connectivity, data usage, records and stock allocation.
• Manage complex customer queries, troubleshooting and escalations.
• Coordinate customer training and ensure data requests are handled securely.
• Work with technical teams to resolve issues and improve systems and processes.

About you

You’ll have experience managing a support, customer service or administration team within a busy, data-focused environment.

Highly organised and confident using business systems, you’ll bring strong attention to detail, clear communication and a practical approach to problem-solving. An understanding of GDPR and secure information handling is essential.
