Customer Data Operations Specialist

Scope: Full Time | Location: Mexico City | Hybrid Model

As a Customer Data Operations Specialist, you will ensure customer data is accurate, compliant, and maintained across multiple business systems that support global customer transactions. You will contribute to customer onboarding, master data management, data quality, and customer lifecycle processes while partnering with Sales, Operations, and other global stakeholders.

Working with teams across the Americas and Europe, you will support data governance, system integrations, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer accounts across global business systems.
• Review, validate, and process customer data changes while ensuring data quality and governance standards.
• Update account ownership and sales assignments as needed.
• Support customer and vendor integration activities across multiple systems.
• Monitor operational requests and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we need to see from you:

• Experience with customer onboarding, customer data operations, master data management, data governance, data quality, or related operational processes.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the Americas and Europe.
• Intermediate Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills within global and multicultural organizations.
• Nice to have: experience with CRM/ERP systems (Navision or similar), database knowledge, process documentation, customer onboarding presentations, or business transformation/integration projects.
