Customer Data Project Manager

The contractor will be responsible for the following assignment-specific activities:

• Project Planning and Tracking: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action logs for assigned CDP initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate project activities across product, engineering, data, and business partners to support timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Portfolio Visibility: Maintain consolidated tracking of multiple CDP initiatives, including project status, interdependencies, key dates, and outstanding decisions.
• Status Reporting: Prepare recurring project status reports, dashboards, and leadership-ready summaries highlighting progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
• Process Documentation: Create and maintain standardized project documentation, intake trackers, prioritization logs, meeting notes, and action registers.
• Risk and Issue Tracking: Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
• Meeting Coordination: Facilitate project-related working sessions, document decisions, track follow-up actions, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Q4 Delivery Support: Track progress against established Q4 project milestones and provide reporting to support completion of planned commitments.

• Documented and regularly updated project plans and milestone trackers for assigned CDP initiatives.
• Consolidated project status dashboards and recurring progress reports.
• Maintained risk, issue, dependency, and decision logs.
• Standardized project documentation and action-tracking templates.
• Meeting summaries, action items, and follow-up tracking for project-related discussions.
• Q4 milestone tracking and final assignment status summary.

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• project or program management experience supporting complex data or technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk documentation.
• Experience developing project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level summaries.
• Proficiency in maintaining project documentation, intake processes, and action-tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing project deadlines, and deliver accurate, timely project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, audience management, customer data, or marketing technology.
• Experience supporting retail, loyalty, personalization, digital marketing, or guest-facing technology initiatives.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments, including sprint planning, quarterly planning, and roadmap tracking.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, Power BI, or comparable project management and reporting tools.
