Customer Delight Associate – Gurgaon
Location: Gurgaon | Work From Office
Salary: ₹24,000 CTC/month – Freshers
₹27,000 CTC/month – Experienced
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Shift: 24×7 Rotational
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Regional language proficiency preferred: Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Marathi
- Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Voice/Chat
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, refunds, cancellations and deliveries
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Maintain customer service and quality standards
