Job Title : Customer Delight - Executive

Location: Karapakkam, OMR, Chennai

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure they have a delightful shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product-related enquiries and guide them to the appropriate department.
• Handle customer queries, order updates, and service requests through WhatsApp and in-person support.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Support showroom operations and maintain high customer service standards.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Male / Female
• Age - 24 - 35 years
• Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English knowledge is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Friendly personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
