Customer Delight Trainer

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for Customer Delight Associates.
• Facilitate onboarding, process and CX training.
• Deliver engaging learning sessions and activities.
• Assess learner performance and identify skill gaps.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Create and update training content and materials.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Training/L&D.
• Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Centre, or E-commerce preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent facilitation and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and influence learners.
• Strong content delivery and coaching skills.
• Customer-centric and performance-driven approach.
