Customer Development Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Development Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Chachoengsao. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging communication between international clients and internal teams, managing key accounts, and ensuring seamless export documentation and sales support operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between overseas customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Collect, organize, and maintain international sales data, contract files, and customer records.
• Oversee, verify, and inspect export documents to ensure full compliance with international shipping and customs regulations.
• Prepare and issue official quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial billing documents accurately.
• Support the international sales team in managing and retaining key client accounts, handling customer inquiries, and resolving operational issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering (IE), Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in export sales, customer coordination, or international account management.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office computer applications.
• Solid understanding of export procedures, international shipping documentation, and commercial terms.
• Fast learner, calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
