Customer Education Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Customer Education Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the strategy and execution of a customer learning program that helps users adopt products more effectively and get value faster. You will own curriculum design, certification development, and quality standards while helping evolve the program from an early-stage offering into a mature, scalable function. This position will partner closely with product teams and the broader customer success organization to keep learning content current, relevant, and integrated into the overall customer experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $161,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the customer education roadmap, including course library strategy and curriculum architecture
• Design tailored learning experiences for Enterprise and SMB customers
• Evolve the program from launch stage into a mature customer education function
• Establish quality frameworks and standards for customer education content
• Implement a scalable content creation process leveraging AI tools for efficiency
• Partner with product teams to ensure timely updates for new feature releases
• Integrate the education program into the broader digital customer success ecosystem

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in customer education, learning & development, or instructional design at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience building or maturing a customer education program across different company stages
• Understanding of diverse educational needs for both Enterprise and SMB customers
• End-to-end experience designing and launching certification programs
• Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Skilljar, Gainsight Academy, or Docebo
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance educational outcomes and scale programs
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and effective content design
