Customer Engagement & Sales Executive

• We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Engagement & Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, build strong relationships, generate sales opportunities, and contribute to business growth.
• The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, understand their requirements, and have the ability to convert enquiries and leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through calls, messages, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information and solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads through outbound calling, follow-ups, referrals, and customer interactions.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions.
• Explain products/services, features, benefits, and offerings to customers.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain regular engagement with existing customers to encourage retention and repeat business.
• Update customer and lead information in CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer engagement and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned lead generation, customer engagement, and sales targets.
