Connecting with our customers in person, the Customer Engagement Assistant presents AT&T Fiber's high-speed internet and premium entertainment packages with inventive confidence.

As a Customer Engagement Assistant, our sales and development firm believes that the best salespeople are made in the field. The Customer Engagement Assistant will also immerse themselves in AT&T Fiber's high-speed internet solutions through sales and product training covering customer acquisition, account management, and in-person sales conversations.

Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Assistant

• Introduce our customers to AT&T Fiber in person through sales conversations focused on speed, reliability, and everyday connectivity.
• Assess each customer's internet usage in person to recommend the most suitable Fiber speed and home internet solution.
• Guide customers through service enrollment, package selection, and installation scheduling in person with a customer-first approach.
• Explain the advantages of AT&T Fiber, including fast streaming, gaming, remote work, and smart home connectivity.
• Recommend internet upgrades and bundled solutions to maximize customer value and increase sales opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships through professional follow-up and responsive service before and after enrollment.

Qualifications of the Customer Engagement Assistant

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Confident, articulate communicator capable of simplifying complex service benefits.
• Commitment to excellent account management and customer service.
• Eagerness to complete comprehensive product and sales training programs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
