Customer Engagement Associate

As a Customer Engagement Associate, you'll meet people during community events and promotional campaigns, introduce them to nonprofit initiatives, answer questions, and help build awareness for organizations making a difference across the country. Every Customer Engagement Associate receives hands-on coaching while developing communication, leadership, marketing, and customer engagement skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Associate

• Represent nonprofit campaigns with professionalism while serving as a positive brand ambassador during community outreach and event-based marketing campaigns.
• Engage with members of the public through friendly, in-person conversations that increase brand awareness and community support.
• Share information about nonprofit programs, current initiatives, and upcoming campaigns in a clear and engaging way.
• Create positive first impressions that strengthen each organization's brand within the local community.
• Collaborate with teammates to support daily outreach objectives and expand overall brand visibility.
• Track campaign activity, community feedback, and outreach results to support continued brand growth.
• Continue developing as a Customer Engagement Associate through ongoing coaching in communication, leadership, marketing, and campaign strategy.
• Represent each nonprofit brand with integrity while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic attitude.

Qualifications for the Customer Engagement Associate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with people in community and event settings.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Interest in marketing, customer engagement, community outreach, public relations, or brand development.
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, events, or marketing experience is helpful but not required.
• Full-time availability and the ability to work onsite throughout the greater Houston area.
