Customer Engagement Associate

Vincere Enterprises is looking for a Customer Engagement Associate to join our Los Angeles team. This Customer Engagement Associate role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating with customers, learning the ins and outs of sales, and developing practical professional skills in a team environment.

As a Customer Engagement Associate, you’ll be involved in daily customer interactions, helping people understand available products and services, answering questions, processing sales orders and making sure each interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Our Customer Engagement Associates play an important role in creating positive customer experiences, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

Customer Engagement Associate Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers in a professional, approachable way and create a positive experience from the start.
• As a Customer Engagement Associate , Introduce relevant products and services while tailoring sales services to each customer’s needs and interests.
• Listen closely to customer questions, understand their priorities, and provide clear, accurate information on sales orders.
• Explain available sales options, service details, and next steps in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
• Assist with customer enrollment and account setup while ensuring information is communicated accurately and efficiently.
• Stay organized throughout the day by managing customer interactions, following priorities, and keeping activities on track.
• Actively listen to customers with care to find the right sales solutions for them.

Customer Engagement Associate Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or other related roles is a bonus.
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working with people.
• Bring a friendly, professional attitude to customer interactions.
• Comfortable starting conversations and asking questions.
• Dependable and able to stay organized throughout the day.
• Open to learning new products, services, and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,650.00 - $5,200.00 per month
