Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or solution-based selling.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
7. Experience using CRM systems (knowledge of SAP solutions is a plus).

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
2. Meet and exceed sales target.
3. Develop a strong pipeline in the assigned sales territory.
4. Understand client needs and requirements.
5. Demonstrate value proposition and benefits against competition.
6. Manage the entire sales process, and drive business meetings, from prospecting to close.
7. Document plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system.
