Customer Engagement Representative

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll represent nationally recognized client campaigns, introduce available programs, answer questions, and help guide customers through a positive experience from the first conversation through enrollment. Every Customer Engagement Representative receives hands-on coaching while developing communication, relationship-building, and professional sales skills.

What You'll Do as a Customer Engagement Representative

• Connect with customers through engaging, in-person conversations.
• Introduce available programs and services in a clear, professional way.
• Learn what customers are looking for and recommend solutions that fit their goals.
• Guide interested customers through the enrollment process with confidence and accuracy.
• Build lasting relationships while supporting daily sales goals.
• Continue growing as a Customer Engagement Representative through ongoing coaching and real-world sales experience.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in professional, people-focused environments.
• Customer service, hospitality, business development, community outreach, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Interested in growing as a Customer Engagement Representative while building long-term sales experience.
