Customer Engagement Representative

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will work in an in-person setting within residential areas, meeting customers in-person to introduce and enroll them in AT&T products and services. This role combines sales and customer service, requiring strong communication skills, goal orientation, and the ability to provide tailored solutions for each household.

Responsibilities of a Customer Engagement Representative:

• Visit residential neighborhoods and engage customers in in-person conversations about AT&T products
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales and enrollment goals
• Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing clear product explanations
• Enroll new customers into AT&T services, ensuring all enrollment steps are completed accurately and efficiently
• Present pricing, promotions, and package options while highlighting the value of AT&T solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers through trust and professionalism in every sales interaction
• Track and report sales activity to maintain accountability and performance standards
• Collaborate with fellow enrollment associates to share best practices and contribute to overall team success
• Represent AT&T with professionalism and integrity while working independently in the field
