As a Customer Engineering Intern, you'll thrive in a collaborative culture that values open communication and idea-sharing. Contribute to designing IP network equipment for major telecommunications clients, creating commercial configurations (BoQ) -using the Customer Price List-, and mapping logistics (BoM), all while supporting our key role in delivering Nokia’s innovative IP network solutions.

You'll work alongside skilled internal stakeholders and customers, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies. As part of the team, you will:

• Translate customer requirements into tailored Nokia IP solutions and generate accurate quotations using pre-negotiated price lists.
• Convert commercial configurations into logistical items for ERP ordering and ensure smooth order execution with detailed hardware and software lists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Deployment, and Integration to support operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support during implementation to guarantee customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
• Respect company and academic institution rules while contributing proactively and gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge IP technologies.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Proficiency in Office 365 tools, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Fluency in English for effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Technical knowledge in telecommunications engineering or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of programming languages to support technical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Understanding of sales processes and business development strategies.
