Customer Engineer (Production & Industrial Printing)

📍 Location: Setia Tropika, JB

As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-end production and industrial printing equipment. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, ensuring maximum equipment performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test production and industrial printing systems at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and workflow-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment uptime and performance.
• Conduct user training on machine operations, safety practices, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and customer records.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer service calls and technical inquiries.
• Support system upgrades, software updates, and workflow integrations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.

• Must possess a valid driving license and own a car

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage service assignments effectively.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

• Hands-on experience with production or industrial printing equipment is an advantage.

• Experience with large-format printers, digital presses, or similar industrial machinery will be highly regarded.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
