Customer Enrollment Associate

QZ Service Solutions is hiring a full-time Customer Enrollment Associate in Concord to represent a nationally recognized wireless provider at community events and promotional pop-ups while building hands-on sales experience.

As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll help customers explore smartphones, mobile plans, and current promotions without overwhelming them with technical information. You'll learn what matters to each person, recommend relevant options, and make enrollment straightforward from start to finish. Every Customer Enrollment Associate receives hands-on coaching while developing product knowledge, communication, and professional sales skills.

Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate

• Introduce customers to smartphones, wireless plans, device features, and promotions through approachable sales conversations.
• Ask questions about mobile usage and service preferences to identify relevant options.
• Turn customer needs into personalized sales recommendations for available wireless products and services.
• Compare plans and device options while making the sales process clear and easy to navigate.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, features, and promotions so customers can make informed decisions.
• Guide interested customers through the sales and enrollment process with accuracy and professionalism.
• Create a positive experience that turns customer interest into successful sales enrollments.
• Collaborate with other Customer Enrollment Associate team members to maintain organized event setups and support daily goals.
• Continue developing as a Customer Enrollment Associate through product education, coaching, and practical sales experience.

• Strong communication and listening skills.
